Mr. William Roy “Peno” Millsaps, age 85, of Eton passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Viola Millsaps; brothers, J.T., Arvil, Harve, Garland, Willard, and Calvin Millsaps; and sisters, Edith Cochran and Birdie Graves.
Survivors include his sister, Onie Cochran of Greenville, SC, and her family; special niece, Pam Puryear (Conrad) of Chatsworth, and her family; and neighbors and extended family, Emiliano Velasquez and Dalia Lopez and their children, Carla, Meily, Brian, Eliezer, Iker, and Mia Velasquez of Eton.
Funeral services for Mr. Millsaps were held in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, with remarks by Minister Barry Grider and Mr. Conrad Puryear. Interment followed at Fairy Valley Cemetery in Crandall.
The family received friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11: am until the funeral begins at 1:00 pm.
