Jean Causby, age 85, passed away peacefully, Feb. 11, 2021.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Marie Miolen; daughter, Terri Ann Causby; Shirley Carter.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, David Causby; son and daughter-in-law, Kendall and Cindy Causby; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Wayne Underwood; grandchildren and spouses, April and Khris Laney, Angie Causby, and Marissa Snow, Tony and Kristen Causby, J.W. Underwood; three great-grandchildren; special niece, Denise Greene; and special friend, Mary Ann Phelps.
The funeral service for Mrs. Causby was held Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with the Rev. Billy Willis and Rev. Dino Bishop. Interment was at the Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.
The family received friends at the funeral home from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
