By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed given by JALENA C. PETTY and JOSHUA D. PETTY to FAMILY SAVINGS CREDIT UNION dated 04/27/2016, in the original amount of $61,000.00, filed for record 05/12/2016, recorded in Deed Book 850, Page 140, Murray County, Georgia Records, there will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Court House Door of Chattooga County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2022 by FAMILY SAVINGS CREDIT UNION the following property to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 47 & 48, 8th District, 3rd Section, Murray County, Georgia, and being designated as Tract 1, containing 3.55 acres, according to that certain plat of survey dated July 18, 2002, recorded at Plat Book 38, Page 2, Murray County, Georgia Deed Records, which plat by reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

Said Security Deed was given to secure payment of a Note being in the original principal amount of $61,000, until reaching maturity, bearing interest on the unpaid balance as specified therein. The unpaid principal balance has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The debt remaining in default, said sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof toward the expenses of sale, including attorneys fees, the payment of the debt and the interest thereon; and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.

To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned JALENA C. PETTY is the party in possession of the property. Notice has been given pursuant to and in compliance with O.C.G.A.§ 44-14-162, et. seq.
