NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: WESLEY ANDREW DOTSON, AMANDA ASHENHART DOTSON, also known as, AMANDA ASHENHART, any and all occupants of the property described herein, and any and all individuals/entities claiming an interest in or right to the property described herein.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
A PORTION OF LAND LOT NO. 8 IN THE 8TH DISTRICT AND 3RD SECTION OF MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESIGNATED AS TRACT 4, CONTAINING 2.196 ACRES, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY JERRY D. LAMBERT, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2147, DATED OCTOBER 14, 1991, RECORDED OCTOBER 29, 1991, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK NO. 24, PAGE 119, AND SAID PLAT AND THE DESCRIPTION SET OUT THEREIN ARE BY REFERENCE INCORPORATED HEREIN FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF SAID LAND.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of April, 2021.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of September, 2019 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Murray County, Georgia in Deed Book 936, Page 87.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 30th day of April, 2021 by payment of the redemption priced as fixed and provided by law to Johnny J. Jones, Realty, Inc., c/o P. Andrew Lowman, Attorney at Law, 12 North Main Street, Jasper, GA 30143.
