NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: GARY INGLE, DAWN INGLE, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, GEORGIA RECEIVABLES INC., as ASSIGNEE OF NICE CARS INC., any and all occupants of the property described herein, and any and all individuals/entities claiming an interest in or right to the property described herein.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 9 OF THE 9TH DISTRICT, 3RD SECTION OF MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA; AND BEING LOT 139 OF RIDGEVIEW SUB/DIVISION AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT BY REFERENCE IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF. BEING KNOWN AS TAX MAP AND PARCEL 0027B 138.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of March, 2021.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of September, 2019 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Murray County, Georgia in Deed Book 936, Page 89.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 22nd day of March, 2021 by payment of the redemption priced as fixed and provided by law to Johnny J. Jones, Realty, Inc., c/o P. Andrew Lowman, Attorney at Law, 12 North Main Street, Jasper, GA 30143.
