NOTICE TO FORECLOSE THE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION   Take notice that:   The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:   ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 29, OF THE 8TH DISTRICT, 3RD SECTION OF MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA, ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE “NEW” BROWN’S BRIDGE ROAD, CONTAINING 1.26 ACRES, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SURVEY THEREOF PREPARED BY JOSEPH R. EVANS, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 2168, DATED DECEMBER 27, 1984, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 76 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF MURRAY COUNTY, GEORGIA, WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY INCORPORATED THEREIN BY REFERENCE THERETO FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY.
